higher res/bitdepth lcd

Does anyone know of any lcd components that are higher res and have a higher bit depth?

I want to use it in a player I'm building that will display a thumbnail of the album cover as well as artist information.

First of all you need graphical ones...

We deal here with character LCD's mostly (some features like picture plugin are using custom characters).
