Cut.dll

i recently bought a 4*20 parralell lcd and have it running brilliantly on lcd smartie (brilliant software btw) and i want to display fps on it and i have everything i need minus cut.dll. I have seen two other posts of this nature where one of the administrators links to a post that has the plugin in use but not a link to download it, is there a specific reason for it not being publicly hosted and if so could anyone pm me for more details or email it to elltg@hotmail.co.uk (spam all u want not my main)
