CrystalFontz 635 problems

I'm having trouble getting LCDSmartive v5.4 to work with my new CrystalFontz 635 (USB attached) module.

I've selected crystal.dll as the Display Plugin and set the startup parameters to COM5,19200,2 (the 635 has an inbuilt USB to Serial adapter, which is currently using COM5).

Are there any other 635 users that can help me get this working?

OK, I figured out the problem. I had the display set to 4x40 instead of 4x20. Also, the baud rate needed to be 115200.
