Pin out Futaba Module

Post by rick_the_keybman »

Hi,
I have I Futaba module LCD , but I have not the connector pinout ( it mount a 34 pin connector where are wired only 13 pin)

Is there a pinout of the controllor (Futaba 5P0 0A002), so I can check the wiring of the connector ?

The module name's Futaba M402SD06F.

On the Futaba site there's no information.....

Thanks!

Hello rick_the_Keybman:
Well I have another VFD Module, the M202SD04BA from futaba, this module have only 13 pin conector, I never found the original datasheet, I look for the controller, is the same 5P0 0A002, well, the solutions was Guess the Pin out an then Guess the commands.
The pins are in Order, Ok, so the first is GND, Vcc=5V, Busy (This is an output), SEL (This work like a Chip Select, Active=Low), E (Popular Enable, Active on Rise Edges), D0, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7 (Data Bus) this is all, You must find this pins in the conector.
Later tell me if you have sussesfull.
Bye.
