Showing Winamp?s Shuffle and/or Repeat-Status

Sorry, my English is not so good, but i hope you understand what i mean.

I want to show the Shuffle- and Reapeat Status on my display, but i can?t find anything that makes it possible, how can i realize it (exactly, that it doesnt show Shuffle On if it isn?t turned on)

Is it not supported by WinAMP (it's not possible to get the information) or do you mean it's not supported bij LCD Smartie at the moment (which at the time of the previous post was 2006

Winamp doesn't share these values. I can't be sure if there is any way to crate a winamp plugin in order to extract these values...

maybe... but there is nothing available.

Hi,

I think there is a solution, as well as LCDPlugin for Winamp (I use v2.95) can display S for shuffle and R for Repeat.

You're right!
so it IS possible

now if only somebody with some programming skills could program this function for LCD smartie

(looking at the screenshots I notice it can also show equalizer on/off)

I've updated my WinampCtrl plugin to return a few status indications, specifically shuffle, repeat and EQ on/off. I haven't added support for setting EQ, but you can enable/disable shuffle and repeat with this plugin too, besides controlling playback and volume.
