My cpu usage Funktion always returns 0%
always !
i'm running win xp on my amd xp 2400+
is there any way to work around this ?

I have this same problem, and after stumbling across this post I thought it would be solved, but nope 
I checked the reg keys and the flag is already set to 0. I dunno what else I could do to fix this. I have also tried Perfmon plugin and it returns an error saying it could not retrieve the data.
Either way, I'm running a Sempron 3300+ on this machine, and Disable Performance Counters = 0 in my registry, but I still get a 0% CPU usage returned to me through the default use in LCD Smartie.
Any other plugins I could try?
