Refresh intervals on dif screens?

Hey is it possible to have a slow refresh on like a screen that you dont want to change much like a cpu % having it refresh several times a second is not necesary while for sane scrolling it is. So having it be changed on a per line or per screen would be awesome is that possible?

I'm sure what are you asking for...

the refresh rate is one for all a screens...

You can change the display time for each screen from "Time to show" option

well i just kind of wish i could make it so the cpu speed only updates like every 500ms while to have scrolling i need it to refresh every 200-300ms... it would be nice to see a way to make the screens independant of eachother
