MSVCR71.dll Missing and LoadLibrary #126

I am having the error messages

'The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

and

'Load of plugin failed: LoadLibrary failed with #126: The specified module could not be found.'

Now, this is funny, I've had this problem twice before, and fixed it twice before. Long story short, I'm trying to get HWinfo and LCDSmartie to work on a 20x4 using an Arduino micro. I had this problem, solved it, done deal. But that was like a year ago, I don't even remember how to code in arduino anymore you know. But I got a new SSD and had to reinstall everything.

Anyways, MSVCR71.dll is not on my computer, can't find it in system64 or whatever directory

Windows 7 x64 ultimate
Newest Arduino 1.6.3
20x4 using that HD44640 or whatever that's really common RGB

Thanks. I know it's a stupid question, but I spent so much time and figured this all out and now I forgot. I specifically posted as much of what I did online so I could just redo it in a case like this but... err, didn't document everything I guess.

Okay problem solved by just installing the sensor bridge plugin whatever... cool...
