Outlook Unread Mails Plugin

Hello, I ordered a nice display to use with LCD Smartie today 
But there are some things I need, so I started to create plugins to fix this problem.
My first one will check Outlook for unread mails.
It is written in C#.

Usage: $dll(outlook,1,x,y)
x=ID of account to check
y=ID of folder in account to check
Get values for x and y by using Outlooktest.exe.
I don't know how this plugin behaves on Outlook versions prior to 2010.
Just give it a try as it _should_ work.
