CPU load and HDU% usage

I'm using lcdsmartie 5.3.2 in combination with a palm505 with palmorb installed. Works great! But I see strange behaviour. When lcds is active or minimilized, I got a cpu load of about 30%(I have only 1 screen active) When I'm in the setup of lcds in the only screen active, load is minimal.

When I insert : $HDU%(C) the command works, it shows percentage disk used. I close lcds, I start again, and the value of 0 is returned. I clear it again, and insert again, and back again it is.

So, any solutions or explanations?

Do you mean that the LCD Smartie increases your cpu load?

I don't believe so...
Please give some more information using the task manager of your system does the LCD Smartie using your CPU in high levels?

About the $HDU% did you wait enough in order Smartie poll again data from your system?
