Plug in to support ByVac displays

A new plug in is now available that will support VT100 and ASI displays and display controllers. The ASI protocol also allows the use of multiple displays and input devices so two 4x20 displays can be uses as one 4x40, up to 10 display can be accommodated and the DLL automatically detects what is connected.
