Problems with SplitTitle

Hello,

i've got a Problem with the SplitTitle Plugin. I've copyed the ini into the Plugins folder, and if I write "$dll(splittitle.dll,1,$WinampTitle,-)" in LCDSmartie I get. [Dll: Can not load plugin].

What I'm doing wrong?
