Email Action - Problem

Hello,

i am a LCD Smartie Newbie. I have configured an emal action (in the action tab) $Email1 > 0 then xxx.wav. This action executes only on LCD Smartie Start. There is no action when Smartie is running and a E-Mail arrives. Whats wrong?
