2 VFDs - Muliple instances ?

Guys, a quick question can i run multiple instances of LCD smartie and control several LCDs ?

You generally CAN run multiple instances of Smartie to control 2 or more displays. You need to have a separate copy of Smartie for each display (in different folders), and a different port for each display. I don't know about USB displays - if they can be identified/addressed independently then it should work.

You can run lot of instances of LCD Smartie.
Please notice that there is and optionwhich can allow you to run the program with different configuration ffiles.
If you alter a bit the program shortcut.
Please use the following example on shortcut's target field (replace the path with your path):

"C:\Programs\LCD SMARTIE 5.4\LCDSmartie.exe" -config config2.ini

The only limitation is, as MATTCO mentioned is port idedifier. Sore instance some usb displays does not supporting a second device on different address (or the LCD Smartie driver doesn't). E.G. FTDI based USB.
