Anyone can fix or write own DLL for MELT display?

The problem is, MELT can't correct display custom characters. I think problem is MELT's chip is not original 44780, it's compatible clone. Anyway i need a man who can invetsigate the problem and fix display DLL. I can pay for the work. If you interested please write in PM.

PS: It's NOT commercial project, i just want to use MELT because it's available in Russia and they make many types of backlight colors and that nice negative crystal thing. That is it.

There's no english Datasheet on MELT display, but manufacturer said "it's full compatible and you can use any 44780 display datasheet". The issue is in controller chip i think.
