LCD Smartie

Is there one as i can't seem to find it anywhere....

If there isn't a plugin available what are the chances of somebody coming through with one? btw not via ASE would be nice

I'd like a plugin for CS:S too.
I don't know if it's possible, but if it is, here's some ideas about what I'd like to display:

1) my stats,
2) The highest ranking player and what I've gto to do to beat them.
3) team scores
4) time left in round

i havent seen it but did anyone got to make this plugin?
