Chunk plugin - Source Code and a simple challenge

I received few messages lately asking for the source code of my plugins. 
I have some plans about this release... maybe soon I will release a special pack with the source code of all plugins (I have to organize my hdds first).
For now I released a brand new plugin that does a simple (the most simple) thing: chunks the given text in pieces in order to fit on any screen length.
The good news is that this plugin is available along with its source code in VB.net
Here is the challenge* for all the newbies** (wanna-be-developers):
I would like to see this plugin to be developed to recognize the spaces and the words (not only characters as it does right now) and be able to return the text without cutting the words.

* No special prize. The only prize will be that you will be a plugin author (and obviously get this title under your nick name)
