Unaccent plugin for local characters substitution

Because European languages have some special characters that LCD can't display, I have written plug-in which replaces them with the very similar characters of standard alphabet.


Function 1 - translate defined chars in text onto another - form 1
- 8bit encoding, for instance $Time(dddd mmmm) in non-eng languages.

Function 2 - translate defined chars in text onto another - form 2
- 16bit encoding - for instance $EmailSub1 strings from some Czech mail servers.

Function 3 - Display char codes of input text (usefull for func 2)
- for better identification before writting the translating rules

Function 4 - Display characters by char code interval
- for testing the LCD abilities and type.
