Plugin Exception errors

Upon running some of the plugins, I get the following error

"Load of plugin failed: Plugin warnif.dll had an exception during Init: External exceltion E0434F4D"
and the LCD (HD4780) shows "[Dll: No Bridge Func]"

I get the same with math.dll, sandr.dll, bigtext.dll, and picturepg.dll

I've got the 3 DLLs installed; borlndmm.dll, msvcp60d.dll and msvcrtd.dll
I've installed .Net 1.1 SP1, .net 2 and .net 3. Also installed Visual C++ 5 Redistib.

Any suggestions?
I'm got a 4x20 HD44780 for my little black server cube, and am looking to get important system stats on the display;
Temps, fan speeds, warn when something fails (via email and txt [using myphoneexplorer hopefully]). and some generally pretty graphs if I can figure out what looks good. The Global Hotkeys are already perfect, allowing me to use my Sony phone as a bluetooth remote to change screen, toggle backlight etc. (as the cube is headless).

edit: I used Autopatcher to patch system, but have since run the repair on all three .NET installs.

Ah... it would seem that running LCD Smartie from a network drive does not work too well. Ran it locally, and the exception errors go away. Would explain why I could find no help on this.
