Advanced Count Down Clock

I have the origional count down plugin, but it doesnt do enough to be a good countdown clock.

My idea for an advanced countdown clock.
I would like a way to make it count down to an exact time and date.
I would like to be able to select which days apply, (for counting school days left so that i can exclude saturday and sunday.)
I would like it so that it can be multi line. On two lines it could display days, months, weeks. And on two more lines it could show minutes seconds miliseconds. << for this one its just an idea. to span the count down across multiple lines. or just have it so that all of the data would be on one line and use the extend to the next line checkbox.

Last but not least when it reaches the time and date it will say a message as in the origional countdown plugin
