Is that finished already? I was just thinking at work today of making the same thing, except you would be able to specify the width and rate as parameters. Perhaps you could add these abilities?
My planned options were:
- Scroll width
- Scroll speed
- Edge pause time
Following the arg1#arg2#arg3 format would be ideal, if that's okay with you. We're trying to make that a standard (though our entire API should be changing soon).
Thanks IFR.
EDIT: That's what I get for not looking at the post date. Of course it's done, that was almost a year ago (and low and behold I had already downloaded that plugin from your website, just hadn't used it yet).
Would it still be possible to add those two extra options? Should be a simple change.
Thanks again.

I've got the dll now. thanks.
However, i'm getting an eror:
"Load of plugin failed: Bridge Init for scroll.dll failed with: Plugin does not contain a type of scroll.LCDSmartie"
Is this because I need a runtime installing? What are teh pre-requisits for this dll?

yYs I could do that but if you like you may want to make an even better plugin with a less bad programming code.

YES! That's working a treat now
Downloading borlndmm.dll and sticking it in c:\windows\system did the trick.
Thanks team.
