Winamp bass flash backlight

I wonder if anyone could make a plugin that makes the backlight flash to the music from winamp? 
I dont have a lcd with a backlight so i wierd the port to a transistor and then to my plexiglass box with 20 Leds. It works perfektly and it would be fun to make it flash to the music insted of just a sertain om times to a keypress.
