Russian chars for LCD Smartie (Russian WinAmp tags)

I've found a trouble with displaying russian characters on LCD screen.
And here is plugin to correct this trouble.
It converts from LCDSmartie's chartable (seems to be simple ASCII) to russian chartable of some LCD Modules with russian characters.
This plug-in assumes that LCD Module uses specific chartable (see in attached file).
