Plugin for getting Title/Artist/Application from Windows?

Please create a plugin for getting the Title/Artist/ Spectrum analyzer from the AIMP music player. It should be similar to that for Winamp.
Will be prepared to pay for time if allowed

System audio spectrum analyzer plugin (SPC) covers the Spectrum analyser needs systemwide i believe. Give it a try
