Plugin failed to work after OS reinstall

The problems started after i've reinstalled my OS (Win 7 X64). Nothing important changed to the hardware (added one hard drive and made a raid stripe).
Before reinstalling i've copyed the whole lcdsmartie folder (files/config) to a safe place.

After the reinstallation of the OS, i've got this errors: "The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer" and "Load of plugin failed: LoadLibrary failed with #126: The specific module could not be found".

At Limbo's advice, i've copyed MSVCR71.dll to lcdsmartie folder and installed/reinstalled C++ runtimes. After that i didn't got any msvcr71.dll error, but the Loadlibrary failed with #193.

I've tried:
- using different everest version... i discovered later that the error was for every plugin
- diferent c++ runtimes...now i have 2008 version
- tried .net 3.5, now i'm back to ver 4
- i've added borlndmm.dll, msvcp60d.dll and msvcrtd.dll to lcd smartie folder...i didn't found them on my OS drive
- i've added the latest hoptfix to lcd smartie folder

What can i do to solve this problem?

Solved. The problem was with the msvcr71.dll version.
