Small problem with everest plugin

The Everest plugin works like a charm, except for my second HDD and my GPU. I did try a lot,but it displays only an X. In Everest itself I can see the temps. How can I figure out the sensor name? Thx Koen

EDIT HDD fixed, sensor was not ticked in everest, but GPU still no luck
