LCD to USB

Post by steve811 »

I have recently bought the interface board from LCD modkits on Ebay. This I have soldered to the HD44780 board and checked as best I can that all the joints are good. When I plug it in I get the backlight ona nd the message "LCD2USb V1.0" on the screen, and the computer recognises the LCD2USB board plugged into the USB port. However, LCD Smartie says that the board is not detected and fails to display anything. LCD smartie is using the LCD2USB DLL but I cannot get anywhere with this! Any ideas?

Check the lcd2usb plugin dependencies!
Look for dnbridge, .net requirements etc.
