I have found an old pos machine VFD NEC FM20XM2AB-100 it says but i cant found any datasheet for that model. Only 11 pins on back Intel made special microcontroller it says NCR and some other NCR labeled only chip and 4 NEC D6340GC chips. I cant find any datasheet lcd nor chips. If anyone knows please help.
