Hi any of you people know if this lcd will work

The same here, they advertise all kind of stuff, but no information is really available.
I suggest you stay away from it until they put up some proper support.

Please post any information you've got on it. Manuals, commands, as what type of device it is identified in windows...

also when you open the server software for this it says the following

The bad news:
It won't work out of the box with LCDSmartie, a display driver is needed.

The somewhat good news:
If you know your way with delphi or c++ you could write yourself a display driver.
For the moment I am pretty tight with my spare time, but if nobody else could take a try at writing a display driver I could make a try in a few weeks.

i wouldn;t know where to start with writing one.

There is a command line tool that comes with the lcd panal is it possable to get ledsmartie to send the data by command line commands?

Please make an official request in the plugin request forum. When I'll free up a little bit, I will fill the request if still open.

There is no way to send the data by command line.
