Screen blanks at incoming e-mail

When there is incoming e-mail the sreen blanks (BSOD?). To get it back, I have to configure again. Is not pretty. What can I do to solve this probem?

Thanks for the tip. Is it possible to make a Help File? Certainly for Digi-Dummy's like me!

I know that we need a good help file and also an updated FAQ.
But I have no time and unfortunate the last volunteer was lost

So no plans for this right now.. sorry
