Problem with the CPU usage on Vistax64

The CPU usage will not run on Vista x64, but on XP it will run!
Why???
Can you help me?

Do you mean XP 64 bit version?
What is the result when calling the cpu usage on vista?

No, Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit.
The CPU usage do nothing!
No 1%, nothing!
On XP will it show 1%; 50%...., but on Vista nothing why?
