Samsung 2x16 Characters VFD

Hello

I have the Ahanix MCE-601 case with Samsung 2x16 Characters VFD. It looks like my VFD has burned out. I submitted the RMA with Axanix however they are not responding thru email nor on the phone.
Does anybody know where I can purchase Samsung 2x16 Characters VFD or any other VFD that is compatible with my MCE-601 case and LCDsmartie..
