Finding LCD ID W/HD44100FS ICs

LCD PCB has the following KL SN102 There are 2ea HD44100FS ICs
with the following numbers above the HD44100FS IC 1 8A43R IC 27M33R
and both have JAPAN printed below the HD44100FS Designation
There are 3 more ICs MDLS20448-HV-G-LED4G second IC PCA-28486-81 and the tird IC has a QC Sticker on it. There is a 14 pin header the back light has seperate leads. There is no logo but the designation KL SN102 The letering K is larger than the L.From some internet search I have found that it is a 40 channel and 4 line device.
