Multiple logged users (XP) cause LCD go a mess?

As i said in the summary, when other users log in, multiple sessions of LCD Smartie will be loaded (as LCD Smartie runs as a Startup menu program)... and the LCD goes a mess.

I tried manually terminating the extra sessions and removing the LCD Smartie voice from other users Startup lists; it works, but obviously the display will not work automatically in other sessions if you log in as another user with the primary session off.

It should start as a service instead or as a Registry "Run" program.
Is there a way to allow multiple users to use LCD Smartie?

Assume that you are using parallel connection to you LCD.

The only resolution I can give for this is to manually add the path of lcd smartie to run section on system registry.
