bought it @ E-bay from 411techsystems

Build as a external one
Case for it is made from two parts of plexy bonded together with
slamm zip ties

(McGyver syndrome)
Original design was for internal use with molex conector, I`ve made
usb adapter for getting power from USB port

and it works beautiful

Blue LCD 20/4 by itself was around $14 but it was sold with "PC kit" (LPT plug, potentiometer, diode, capacitor, resistor, molex connector, CD with various data - schematics and software- and a blue LED keychain)
all that cost me with shipping $23

case is made from trash, so its priceless
